We have a large base of contractor clients and fully understand the problems contractors face when applying for a mortgage or re-mortgage.
We have heard all the horror stories from our contractors of how they have been refused a mortgage on the high street. They then approached us for help and we were able to secure a mortgage offer with the same lender that turned them down the day before, the difference being that we know how and where to properly submit mortgage applications to ensure success. We can bypass poorly trained, poorly motivated staff at the branch networks of the major institutions and instead deal directly with key underwriters at the lenders.
