True appoints Client Services Manager
12 March 2009: True Financial Management, the Altrincham based Independent Financial Advisor, has appointed Nick Sinclair as client services manager. He will report directly to True’s managing director. Adrian Tratalos.
Nick will be responsible for managing all of the company’s after-sales support with its client base. An important part of his role will be to actively seek constructive comment from True’s clients to ensure that the company meets their needs at all times.
Prior to joining True, Nick has spent the last twenty years gaining valuable experience in customer relations roles in several different industries.
Adrian Tratalos says: “Today, more than ever, clients seeking financial services need not only expert advice but an after-sales service that continues to look after their specific needs once that advice has been given.
